Information this website handles

The website is a marketing site. It does not include a native contact form or an embedded booking form.

When you choose a booking link, you leave our website and go to our external booking provider at https://api.leadconnectorhq.com/widget/bookings/boo_a_call_with_us. Information you submit there is collected in that provider's booking flow. Review the notice presented there before submitting information.

We may receive limited technical and usage information from the website when the related technology is enabled. This can include device, browser, page, referral, approximate location, and interaction information. The exact information depends on the verified configuration described below.

Why we use information

We use information to operate, secure, and improve the website; understand how visitors use it; respond to booking requests submitted through the external booking provider; meet legal obligations; and protect our rights, visitors, and systems.

We do not use this website to promise a service engagement, collect a native web-form lead, or start a separate email, SMS, or call program.

Providers and external services

We use service providers to host and deliver the website and, where enabled, to understand site use. The planned provider set is Cloudflare Pages for hosting and delivery, Fathom for privacy-first, cookieless analytics, Mouseflow for optional session analytics, and GoHighLevel for the external booking destination.

Providers may process information for us according to their services, settings, and applicable agreements. Their processing locations and retention settings can differ. The live provider inventory and actual data flows are verified before launch and updated if they change.

The booking link leads to a service outside this website. Its own privacy notice and terms may apply. We do not embed, prefill, forward events to, or duplicate that booking flow through this website.

Analytics, session analytics, and choices

Fathom is intended to run only in a verified privacy-first, cookieless mode. It is not loaded until that configuration is verified.

Mouseflow is optional. It is not loaded unless you allow analytics. If enabled, Mouseflow must be configured to mask all form and input content. If you reject analytics, Mouseflow does not load.

You can accept or reject optional analytics through the consent control shown on the site. You can later change your choice through the privacy preferences link. Necessary technologies that are required to deliver and secure the site may operate without that optional analytics choice.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site may use cookies, local storage, scripts, and similar technologies. We use necessary technologies to deliver and protect the site. We use optional analytics only under the choice described above. We maintain and review a live technology inventory before launch and after material changes.

Retention

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or aggregate it where appropriate.
